ELECTION OF OFFICERS
AGM 6th May 2010
Officers are elected each year at the AGM by club members. All those who
attend the AGM are eligible to vote including existing committee members.
Election of an officer takes place after a proposal by one person and secondment
by a different club member. Club members are welcome to put their name forward
for a post if they so wish before the AGM. If an officer is retiring then a proposal sheet
is available at club meetings in advance of the AGM for interested parties in taking on
the role.
